Kam Wah actively participated in the “Caring Company Scheme” initiative, promoting knowledge transfer and community collaboration. A training session was recently organised, inviting general services staff from kindergartens to join and enhance their practical skills in maintenance and upkeeping.

The course covered:

- Basic woodworking repair techniques

- Wall and paint touch-up methods

- Cleaning and maintenance practices

- Repairing gaps between flooring and skirting boards

This activity not only fostered cross-sector exchange, but also strengthened the hands-on capabilities of frontline staff, laying a solid foundation for creating a safer and more comfortable learning environment.
